Hey folks, last night I attended in a Zumba class at the Bayview Centre for the Arts (Bayview & Finch). If you're interested in getting fit by dancing and enjoying really good Salsa music, this is the class for you. The teacher 'Mihaela' is a lovely person who really knows what she's doing. She's good with giving instructions to people like me, who basically have two left feet. This is not just a form of exercise, it is a community gathering and so much fun!!! There are several classes to chose from so check it out!!! Maybe I'll see you there.

Incredible experience for my daughter. I was surprised at how she ran up to the piano at the end of the day and played one of the most touching song with some of the most beautiful sounds Ive heard from her. As I drove home, I noticed she was beaming quietly at all she had accomplished in such a short time: not just musical confidence but art work, dance routines, game ideas, and new friends. I had no idea Toronto had this hidden treasure of music and arts education — I can’t believe how much she learned in such a short time and I am enrolling her in every PA Day camp (and exploring all their other programs as well) from now on. As a parent, I’m looking for the best way to equip my daughter for this crazy world. Her sense of confidence, empathy, and exploration were all given a meaningful boost. Thank you!!

Mihaela was an awesome instructor! The class size was small but intimate and she put a lot of effort into making us feel comfortable in the space. I didn't think I'd have as much dancing as I did. Would definitely go back for more classes.

I was thankful to discover BCA’s PA Day Camp as I used to scramble to find quality care on a working day. There were so many fun and varied activities for my daughter: choir; arts and crafts; musicianship (rhythm games, theory); dance; and plenty of outdoor time where they climbed trees and played games. She quickly made new friends and asked to go back to BCA for other PA day camps. School is important, but children need opportunities where they can explore and foster their creative energy, artistic voices, and frankly, just be kids.
