My husband and I visited on Saturday but unfortunately, it was really busy, so we got pastries instead. We got the orange blossom, a scone (raspberry and something else) and a croissant (onion and something else). Each baked good was delicious!! My favourite was the orange blossom, and it was my first time trying one! We were also lucky to have been able to make a reservation for the following day (Easter Sunday). My husband got a breakfast sandwich (not sure which one) and I got the Eggs Benedict with bacon. Oh my goodness!! My husband loved his meal. And for me - it was the best Eggs Benedict I ever had. I love that they use a croissant instead of an English muffin. Just thinking about the dish makes my mouth water LOL potatoes were also delish!! Cozy atmosphere, and service was also great. Each employee was attentive and kind. We can’t wait to come back and try other dishes!

We loved this cozy and cute brunch spot! The savoury chickpea waffles and tofu scramble + the smoked salmon sandwich were both amazing. The fingerlings were really good too! We also got baked good on our way out - salted chocolate chip cookies. We appreciated that there were so many vegetarian options as well! The service was really great & our server was super friendly and attentive to us :) Loved this spot and will be back!

Wow!! I walk by here so much, so happy I made time to stop in with my fam and grab brunch. It was so so good. Probably the best brunch we’ve had in a long time. Friendly staff, great e we’re able to get a table but they take reservations so highly recommend that. I had a sandwich and it was very good. The potatoes were 100000% amazing. Cookies were sooo good. Can’t wait to come back and try other menu items.

Bodega Henriette is a cozy spot along a primarily residential strip of Gerrard. It’s divided up into a cafe at the front, and is a dine-in restaurant at the back. In the summer there’s a small patio too so you have a better chance at scoring a seat! The cafe is fantastic. They offer a large assortment of pastries and desserts that are made daily, as well as beignets on Sundays. You can’t go wrong with anything here, the assortment is often changing so you can always find something delicious and new to try. Some of my favourites over the years have been the Biscoff stuffed cookie, the chocolate chip cookie, the berry bread pudding and the chocolate almond croissant. The cafe also serves great drinks and Charisse, who is often the barista, is always welcoming and super friendly! The restaurant itself is fantastic as well. It gets busy on weekends, especially around noon, so book a reservation online in advance if you can. If you do score a seat they have amazing French toast, some of the best scrambled eggs, the bread and sandwich buns are always freshly baked, servers such as Leah are always attentive and friendly, and every detail down to the pretty plates they use add to the charm of this cozy spot. This place is a hidden gem for many in the neighbourhood and is serving up some of the best breakfast in town!
