  We've had one or both our children at Brackendale Montessori for almost 8 years and can honestly say it's been the best decision we have made for them. The educational and social foundation it provides is exceptional! People have been amazed at how young they were when they started counting, writing and reading. And now that one child has moved on to public school, his teachers consistently comment on how well he works, both independently, and with other children - which I attribute to the Montessori methodology. Also, the fact that they do French throughout is great for anyone considering French Immersion. And, I love that the extra-curriculars are so varied, yet purposeful - e.g. karate, music, chess, gymnastics, basketball, etc. Finally, the teachers and adminstrative staff are so wonderful! Many have been there from before we started and genuinely care about their students' well-being. It was very reassuring to know that there was consistency over the years with teachers, and that they understand and know each child, and can work with them based on their independent needs. In summary, I'd highly recommend Brackendale Montessori to anyone looking for a school/daycare (even though it's so much more than that).

  Since 2021, my son has thrived at Brackendale Montessori, experiencing a rich educational journey spanning his junior/senior kindergarten years through grade one. The school's dynamic approach to learning, coupled with an impressive array of extracurricular activities, including gymnastics, rock climbing, soccer, chess, and basketball seamlessly integrated into the curriculum, has ignited his passion for learning. Moreover, the availability of afterschool programs such as piano and robotics has exposed him to a diverse range of interests. Brackendale Montessori fosters a hands-on learning environment that captivates children's curiosity and instills a love for learning. Not only has my son developed a strong sense of independence, but he has also learned invaluable life skills and manners. The smaller class ratio ensures personalized attention from dedicated teachers, while the groupings in years of three encourage collaboration and peer mentorship. I am delighted that my son will be returning for grade two, and I eagerly anticipate the growth and expansion of the upper elementary program in the years to come. Brackendale Montessori truly embodies excellence in education, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent seeking a nurturing and enriching environment for their child.

  We have had the most amazing experience having our two children at Brackendale Montessori. They both began in the infant room and it was immediately clear that this was an incredibly nurturing and positive environment for our kids. We had sent our oldest to a different school (wanted to try French Immersion) and the very next year sent her back to Brackendale because we realized how strong their academic program is as well as how much the teachers care for their students. They make an effort to create special touches for both the parents and kids. I can't recommend this school enough - having peace of mind when it comes to where your children are spending so many hours of their week is priceless and so appreciated. Thank you Brackendale teachers and staff - you are all amazing.

  I highly recommend this school. The teachers and other staff members are fantastic. The class instruction is organized and the instruction plan is true to the Montessori teachings. My son has been attending the school since 2020 and I have seen tremendous growth in him academically and socially . The school provides a safe, loving and secure environment. My son absolutely love attending this school. Looking forward for my younger son to be part of this amazing school.

  Our experience with Brackendale Montessori has been one of complete satisfaction, The Montessori teaching system is an exceptional foundation. The teacher pupil ratio is a very important component of the education experience, the care and love of the teachers for the children is so superior to the norm. The teachers at Brackendale, truly care and go the extra mile, as do all the staff, even former staff return to visit the children and the teachers, it is an exceptional culture. We have not met a teacher who is "there for the job", they are there for the children. That is not a guaranteed elsewhere. Our children will be there until they have outgrown the schools offering.
