Masu is incredibly caring and attentive, creating a warm and nurturing environment for the children. She notices even the smallest changes in their activities. Our son always looked forward to his time at Hop, Skip and Learn, engaging in various fun and educational activities that helped him grow and learn. Unfortunately, due to unavoidable circumstances, we had to stop sending him there. He often misses Aunty Masu. However, we are delighted that our niece is still able to attend.   To put it simply, Aunty Masu is the absolute BEST! You can rest easy knowing that your child is taken care of like a family member. I knew my 3 year old son was well taken care of which made the transition back to work so much smoother and less stressful for me. Aunty Masu treated him like her own; he got lots of hugs, kisses, cuddles and giggles (not to mention funny nicknames that still stick years later!) which he needed to thrive. She makes it her mission to work with parents, ensuring that each child's individual needs are met whether it's medical needs, feeding needs or just little quirks! You can expect open, honest communication and take comfort knowing that all of your questions will be answered in the same way. Aunty Masu's program is well balanced. She teaches school readiness skills, including Math and Literacy, as well as kindness, mutual respect, sharing and other important values. She establishes clear boundaries and expectations with love and care. By implementing pre-writing strategies and techniques used by occupational therapists, she makes certain that her children experience confidence and success in their first years of school which has a lasting impact on their learning journey.   I can honestly say that we have been very lucky to find Auntie Masu. From day one I have felt at ease dropping off my child into her care. I know my kiddo has a wonderful time every day because he always runs in as soon as I drop him off, has learned lots of great skills and manners, and is fulfilled and tuckered out by the end of the day. You can trust that Masu leads with love and respect which you can see in how the children interact with her. We genuinely love her and feel that our child could not be in better hands.
