A new HK style waffle shop in town! Very tasty and crunchy bubble waffle. The staff was very professional as he guided me through the menu. I ordered original flavour with Japanese mochi and cookies and cream ice cream. I love the mochi so much. Perfect combination with the waffle. I’ll definitely come back for the good vibes again !!!!

Tried Brickhouse Waffle recently and it was really good. The traditional waffle base was light and crisp, paired with cookie & cream and matcha ice cream, topped with chocolate sauce — a nice balance of flavors. Staff were also friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Worth checking out if you’re around.

The perfect dessert✨ Original waffle with chewy mochi, matcha ice cream, caramel, and Oreo. A knockout combo for even the pickiest eaters. The mocha coffee version with cheese filling is crispy and perfect. Staff are super friendly and cheerful. Highly recommend!

Went there today on family day. Great service, delicious waffle. Very convenient location and fair prices. Order the bubble waffle with matcha green tea ice cream. Has some seating inside to eat. Overall great experience and looking forward to going back.

Highly recommend! Brickhouse Waffle makes bubble waffles that taste just like the real deal from Hong Kong. I tried the Original with Cookies and Cream ice cream, and the Matcha waffle with Green Tea ice cream, both were seriously good. You can really taste the matcha, and the texture was on point, crispy outside, fluffy inside. So many flavor combos to choose from, I wanted to try them all! The first two definitely hit the spot, and I’ll be back for more. The vibe is great, and the staff are super friendly. Can’t wait to come back—see you soon, Brickhouse Waffle!
