Despite the high ranking of this center I had a horrible experience with them. The story actually involved the safety and security of my child. This center is among the expensive one but yet the staff are very cautious about the amount of food they serve. My daughter was always starving badly in the afternoon. I always brought some food for her but in occasions that I forgot, staff were often reluctant to give her leftoverfoods foods from snack time. One time one of them cut the pear in half, the other refused food with the excuse that I don't have knife to cut it in half and the last time, the caregiver Laura in room#4 refused to give any food. My daughter saw an apple and she was insisting to have it, i asked her twice and the third time i said please give this to her I will bring a basket of apple tomorrow, she again refused!! How dare you! I pay the price of 1000 apples per monty! When u refuse food in front of me, what do u do during the day! I reported her to the manager but after that day my daughter was scared to go to school. She was grabbin my leg begging and crying. She was always happy and willing to go to daycare but since I reported Laura things changed. One day, i asked my daughter what happens at school, she was pointing at her head saying "hit hit". I took her in front of teachers board, showed her staff pictures and asked who are you afraid of. Surprisingly she pointed at Laura's picture!!! I was so mad and widthraw my daughter within a week and reported the center to ontario. I was not happy with manager's reaction either. It seems she is directing a business! She has no sympathy or care for children or parents. She backed up her staff in a cold blood. She did apologize but she never accepted that theremight have been child abuse. I didn't see her to have any confrontation with Laura. Anyway, i do not recommend this place at all. I would even give zero star. Kids don't need fancy place or toys( even though their toys were also veyry old), they need healthy diet and healthy mind. Their health and safety is the priority and this center failed in both.

Absolutely phenomenal daycare, and we feel so lucky to be there. All the educators are wonderful, and watching my daughter get so excited to go to 'school' is wonderful. Thank you all!!
