  We are having a great experience with Pluto Day care. The staff is welcoming and caring. They prepare the children’s food at the center which is amazing. They do a nice variety of activities and take the children to play or walk outside. They also send weekly pictures so parents can see the activities the children did throughout the week. My little one seems to really like it and loves Anu :) thank you!

  My child has been attending Pluto Waterloo Center since he was an infant, and we have had a wonderful experience. The staff and teachers are caring, patient, and truly dedicated to the children. I really appreciate the daily activities they plan, the strong focus on learning, and how they celebrate all festivals, which helps children feel included and engaged. What stands out the most is how well they understand each child’s individual needs, routines, and strengths, and how they encourage them to grow with confidence. It gives us great peace of mind knowing our child is in such a safe, nurturing, and positive environment.   We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Pluto Daycare. My daughter genuinely loves going every day, which says everything. Manisha, Lyndsay and Joyce take such good care of our daughter. They are caring, attentive, and truly invested in the kids’ happiness and development. It’s such a relief knowing she’s in a safe, nurturing, and fun environment.   Our son has been attending for over a year and a half and it has been a wonderful experience from day 1! Our son loves going to daycare and comes home each day with stories of all the exciting activities his educators plan for them. I love that when I walk through the halls with him for pick up or drop off all of the staff know him by name, even educators from rooms he hasn't been with! As he has transitioned from the toddler rooms to the preschool rooms we have been supported over the adjustment period and the staff have ensured he has the chance to "visit" his new room before the official move has happened which has always made the transition much more seamless. He often asks me if his teachers can come play at our house on the weekends, which makes me feel so secure in his needs being met each day. The management is also incredibly involved with the families and always make a point of greeting everyone as they come in and out of the building. They know which children prefer stickers or snacks when they come in and you can tell that their efforts have created a sense of community among the staff and families. I look forward to our next child starting here and for the wonderful traditions to continue!

The educators are kind, caring, and professional, and they create a safe and supportive environment for the children. We have always felt that our child is well cared for and happy there.
