  My daughter attended this day care for 2 years,suddenly they decided to change their bus service for the school pickup and dropoff,first they asked us which school my daughter is going to attend so we chose the school they pickup from.However after she got in the school, the management one day emailed us that they will not longer be picking up kids from certain school.Bare in Mind the same school they gave us in their list.The reason provided was that they had underestimated the headcount of 70 children and do not have sufficient space,and decided to kick out my daughter from the daycare. I am glad that my daughter doesn't go to Brightpath anymore,new management is worst.Big Turn over of the teachers had made it difficult for us and our daughter.Ms baljeet constantly complained about my daughter being expressive during the circle times.My daughter once mentioned kids got yelled for not listening.These kids are 4 and 5 years old they are not adults.

  Our child attended Brightpath Airdrie South for his pre-k year (about 6 months ago) and it was great. Couple rocky moments that were worked out with some discussion regarding other kids. We left BP for another care facility when our son entered Kindergarten only based on location. What a mistake. I am here to write this review as hind sight is 20/20. BP was fantastic. If we need services in the future for another child, this is where we will be coming. The staff was great, the food options were healthy even while catering to the needs of those with many allergens and our child who is VERY picky ATE THE FOOD! The Montessori program had it's ups and downs with staffing but over all our son learned a lot, had a great time, and never complained about having to be at Brightpath as he has his current after K care. Definitely recommend. I also felt this place was SECURE. Our current care center could EASILY have a child slip through a gate, or even the front door. People often don't tap in with their fob. Could be anyone. Brightpath though, was very good for this. It was always clean, and it just felt like the staff actually cared about the kids and their jobs.

  I’m very thankful to this Daycare and all the staff. Thank you so much for the care of both of my kids. Miss Sushila is very attentive and wonderful with kids. Thanks to her I know my kids are in right hands. All the staff always make you feel very welcome and supportive. Super happy for everything they have done

  They failed to inform me that policy changes happened and I was charged a full month of child care when my son was only in for a week. I gave more then a week to inform them my son didn’t need daycare all summer just 2 weeks out of the 2 months but I was ignored and charged the full amount. They said they closed my file and have ignored my emails. This place has gone down hill after new management.

  Me and my husband are very happy with BrightPath, Airdrie . Our son is in toddler room 4, and loves it there. His caregivers Shannon and Mani are amazing and knowledgeable. From day one I felt supported by the them and they took time and asked me questions to understand our needs which I liked very much. Now, I happily drop my son there without any worry . Shannon and Mani always take time to explain how my son was during the day and what he did when I go to pick him up. They never seem to rush and at the same time they are very attentive to the kids in the room, which shows their experience. Everyday I feel so grateful for how amazingly they are doing this job. They share activities pics and have variety of fresh food & snacks for kids. Last but not least Sushila ( the branch director) have an amazing friendly attitude and very approachable. Thank You BrightPath team for what you are doing, you guys are making big positive impact on parents and kid’s life.
