  Sierra Springs Magic Mountain has been amazing with my son. I love the photos I get of him everyday and the updates on how much he eats are very helpful. We love getting to take his crafts home too. You can tell the staff really care about making sure every single child is happy and healthy.

  Both of our children have been attending Magic Mountain since they each turned one year old, our oldest is now 5, and we have had nothing but wonderful experiences from day one. The staff truly care for the kids as if they were their own, creating a warm, safe, and nurturing environment. Our children have learned so much, made amazing friends, and created incredible memories here. The teachers are attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth and happiness. We are so grateful for the love, learning, and laughter that Magic Mountain has brought into our kids’ lives.

  The staff at this daycare have been amazing with my little girl. I always feel we as a family are their top priority, even though I know there are others. She had difficulty adapting, but their patience, loving hearts and finding the best approach produced great results. The daycare is easy to communicate with. They try to find the best solution for any given situation. I feel at ease when I drop off my daughter and head to work.

  I’m extremely disappointed with this daycare. It feels like they care far more about money than about the children. I requested to cancel the admission after the couple of visit due to the unprofessional staff and overall poor experience. However, I was told I had to pay one more month’s fee as advance notice, which I did—even though my child did not attend a single day during that month. Now, despite this, I am still receiving threatening emails demanding additional payment for what the government did not pay them as a grant. My child always comes home crying, upset, and emotionally distressed. There doesn’t seem to be enough supervision or genuine care, and basic emotional needs are being neglected. Communication from staff is minimal unless it involves billing. Stay away from them!!!!

  We absolutely love it here! This was our first daycare experience and as such I was nervous for her and myself thinking it would be a difficult transition. I couldn’t have been more wrong! Our daughter is currently in the part time toddler room and she has so much fun everyday. Outside play, crafts, sensory activities, songs and stories- she loves it all! As a parent, I really appreciate the meal plan option and the level of communication. Between the communication app and the educators, we never have to worry about wondering what she’s been up to or if there has been any incidents. We are truly grateful, the educators are amazing and our daughter can’t wait to see them in the morning. You can tell they care in the way they communicate in person and through the app (detailed notes of mealtimes, activities, potty usage, and always a few photos each day), create new crafts and sensory play for the kids, and simply the way they greet our daughter in the morning. It has been such a weight off our shoulders knowing our daughter is well taken care of and enjoying her entire day there. Our son will soon start in the infant room and we have no reservations or concerns knowing how well our daughter has settled in!
