I am allergic to milk (I get cold/flu symptoms) and explicitly always ask for oat milk when I order. I always check while ordering to make sure the additional charge was added. There was no one ahead of me in line. I walked over to where the beverages are made. I watched the barista pour whole milk into a cup with ice and hazelnut syrup. I mentioned that I had ordered oat milk, not whole milk. He said, no you ordered whole milk. I mentioned I have an allergy to whole milk. Why would I do that to myself? The right move here would have been to double check the order or confirm with the individual who just took my order 2 seconds ago. He remade the drink. The anxiety I felt during this situation really took away from my experience. Moving forward, if I come back, I am going to feel the need to be extra vigilant and watch my drink being made. I really shouldn’t have to do that. Allergies are not a joke and you’re charging me extra for having it. I would expect it to be made correctly the first time.

A lovely place serving Greek style pastries and coffee. Their gelatos are amazing and the gelato shake is descent. I loved their chicken pie, not a big fan of their spinach pie. Good price food and generous portion. They have indoor seating as well as huge patio. Highly recommend this cafe!

This is a picture of their chicken salad sandwich. My husband and I couldn’t see any chicken but when I brought it back the cashier dug into the bread to show me pieces of chicken so few & thin they look like soggy bread. I said “So it’s a chicken spread then, not a salad”. She said “Yeah”. We ate the sandwich since they didn’t offer a refund, but I couldn’t taste anything except tomatoes & Dijon mustard. It’s a shame because, except for that, everything we’ve bought from Serano for decades was always excellent.

They had a great variety of baked goods. The prices for all the baked goods are very fair. You can buy a lot of thier selection in a small size or a larger size. All the desserts were delicious and good quality. The service is very good an efficient here. There was little to no wait, though the place was always busy, and their parking lot was full. They have a system where you can grab a ticket and someone will come and help you. The staff was very friendly.

I wish I could give zero star to this restaurant. I ordered mexican rice bowls through zomato and mentioned in the order to make it no spicy as it was already listed in the non spicy category. At first they cancelled my order without any explanation then when I called they asked me to reorder and assured over phone that they already told the chef to make it no spicy. Not at night when I have no cooked food at home for myself and kid, they send two boxes full with extremely spicy red chili powder covered biriyani rice. I could not even taste the food because of its above average spicy level . I called them and they unprofessionally hung up my phone after hearing the issue. Then they stopped receiving my calls. A newly opened business can't go on like this. I don't know the owner but this type of service will surely wrap up the business sooner or later!
