Learning to sing is one of the things in my bucket list for a long time. I signed up lessons for the first time after COVID lock down with Carolyn. I’m pretty happy and satisfied with the lessons so far. I truly believe singing is a skill that everyone can learn. Carolyn is patient, thoughtful, experienced, reasonable and fun to learn from. I couldn’t have done it without her! Not only is Carolyn excellent in terms of technical competence (as my RCM gold medal can attest)...Carolyn also has other unquantifiable skills that make her an extraordinary teacher. She’s warm and positive and has a rare kind of emotional intelligence that is hard to teach. If only there were more teachers like her around! Taking lessons with Carolyn was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life, and I can’t recommend her as a teacher highly enough!
