Friendly staff, renting laptops is nice, clean and tidy, and usually actually decently quiet, for a place full of students. Wish there was more seating.

Loved it. So peaceful and good. I feel like a open atmosphere and automatically your thoughts being positive there and you motivate to read some more things. Really like it.

Extremely noisy library with little to no working spaces and outlets. If you're planning on studying, it's wise that you maybe find an empty classroom or a quiet hallway. The noise levels aren't enforced either so there's lots of people making phone calls and blasting music.

Staff and available laptops/iPads for loan are great features. There's a nice amount of study space. The staff are helpful and competent. The biggest pains are from the students within the library, most people don't follow the quiet/silent rules and they're not actively enforced.

It is impossible to get a hold of anyone by phone. Additionally, the staff’s approach to customer service has been disappointing. My academic advisor was not much of help and can only be approached in person (if she is working on-site), neither phone nor email! Students are the most valuable asset of any college or school and deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism—not as subordinates. Business school has been the worst. I wish I could rate it with zero star.
