Gabe never disappoints! He’s a talented chef and makes everything easy from helping to pick the menu to being super organized and on time. He brought everything from serving dishes and bowls to dishes and cutlery that we could use for our guests, and he takes them away, making the cleanup after the party super easy. I’ve known him for several years and worked with him on catering events from 40 to 50 people off site or at my home from 6 to 20 people. And, he’s always a pleasure to work with!

Gabe was hired for a friends wedding. He listened to their request and delivered above and beyond. They were able to choose the menu items they wanted for a "greek" theme. The service Gabe provided was fantastic and the amount of food plentiful. The food was freshly made at the venue the day of the event and it was delicious! Everyone attending raved about how tasty everything was. An added bonus - they were able to take home all of the left over food. It helped make their day extra special.

Chef Gabe catered my wedding in my home. He was excellent, the food was delicious, the portion size was generous, his team were amazing. I had a number of guests (including myself!) with allergies and dietary restrictions. He created fantastic choices for all courses that were all gluten free, dairy free, and nut free. Everyone there spoke about the delicious food and how charming and excellent Chef Gabe was.

Gabe (Chef Revolution) is top shelf. After hearing from several trusted references, we hired Gabe to cater a dinner with 8 friends. His menu choices and suggestions were flexible to guest dietary needs, and the final menu was incredible. We savoured his blackened salmon with mango salsa and wild leek sauce. The vegy side of zucchini, asparagus, and red peppers was equally delicious. His fee is very reasonable and customer care outstanding. We will definitely ask Gabe to cater future dinners.
