  My daughter attended for a few months before I had to pull her because she was always sick. All the toddlers would have soothers and when I would pick her up she would always have another kids soother in her mouth. I would see kids with snot running down their face. I never saw staff wash hands or encouraging kids to wash hands. Parking was awful, trying to pick up my daughter I would often have to circle the block a few times before a spot opened up or if I got frustrated I would have to park illegally so I could run in to get her. I later ran into one of the caregivers who told me she no longer worked there due to always being sick herself and the lack of cleaning / hygiene.

  The team is absolutely wonderful at CKLC. We feel like our kids are cared for so well and that they are loved. They put a lot of effort into expanding our kids' minds with changing themes monthly, field trips, water days, lessons, etc.. We highly recommend them! :)

  My son attended Contemporary Kids Daycare for two years, and we had a great experience. The teachers are friendly and patient, and the space is always clean and well-organized. It’s amazing to see how much the children learn and grow every day. I truly appreciate all the teachers for their hard work and dedication.

  I have wanted to cheer for Contemporary Kids online but chose to wait 4 years (!) until today when my daughter graduated pre school! What a privilege to leave my youngest here knowing she is safe, nurtured, and taught to grow while I am working full time. Miss Jessica, Miss Raj, Miss Breanne, and the entire team have been such a huge part of my daughter’s early years. I’ll never forget when she was 2 and said “I’m going to tell Miss Raj,” like I was in trouble, because I asked her to follow directions in a less-than-patient-tone 🤣 Their love, patience, and creativity shine through in everything they do—from arts and crafts, to circle time, to daily reading and monthly themes. The crafts and artwork my daughter brings home aren’t just projects; they’re memories I’ll treasure forever. Today feels bittersweet, but mostly I’m just full of gratitude!

  Our twin boys started there a year and a half ago… And we have felt nothing but thankfulness we picked this Daycare! The staff have been very respectful and supportive in moments where naps have been challenging or behaviours haven’t been ideal! But they’re incredibly knowledgable and love the children, they’ve also taken feedback when offered, even had our OT come in to help with one of the boys. It’s been a great experience!
