  In our experience: As parents & as educators ourselves- if you want absolute LACK of peace of mind over your child's wellbeing, physical safety, and mental health this the place for you. This might be the place for you if you want to discover bite marks on your baby from a much larger child without being told and having to call to get information when you discover it yourself; if you want you child forced to take a photo with a gender confused Santa (without our consent conservative family that does not do Santa) while screaming, crying and being physically corraled and then have that photo sent home as if we'd find some sick humour in it; if you want your child's personal dignity infringed and forced to sit on a toilet without your consent and without prior knowledge or dialogue, (and no hard copy written policy when asked to back up this action) and to only discover after the fact from a half hazard data sheet without a word on it. If you want to be met with a absolute lack of empathy, excuses and defensiveness for your infant from the immediate management team then this place if perfect for you!

  As an Early Childhood Education (ECE) student, I recently completed my two-day practicum at Next Level Childcare Center, and I am truly grateful for the experience. The staff, including Komal, Oana, Balraj, and Melanie, were incredibly welcoming and supportive. I would like to extend special thanks to Miss Jamie, the manager, who kindly granted me permission to join the center, and to Komal for her continued support and guidance. The children exhibited great discipline, and the well-maintained environment made for an excellent learning space. My time there was enriching and rewarding, thanks to everyone involved.

  Exceptional childcare!! Our daughter started at Next Level recently and the teachers have been so welcoming, loving, flexible, and I can’t recommend them enough. It’s not easy putting your baby in childcare (when you want to just love on them all day) but the teachers have been incredible and show so much love to the kids.
