I’ve known Erica since forever and too many times she literally rescued me bringing over lunch for the both of us ( especially in our univeristy era) ! She can bring joy with her food, even starting from scratch! She’s the one who cooks, I’m the one waiting for a good meal. She brought a piece of Italy in Toronto and my husband always make a stop at Erica’s when he is town for work. Erica’s food is an experience not to be missed!!!

I’ve cooked with Erica so many times, and I know her passion for cooking well. If you want to learn how to make real Italian dishes, she’s the one to ask!

Erica’s cooking classes are a total delight. She makes every recipe—from fresh pasta to classic sauces—easy to follow and full of heart. Her passion is contagious, and you leave not just with new skills, but a meal that tastes like it came straight from Italy. Highly recommended for anyone who loves good food and great company!! Buonissimo!

Had a great experience cooking with Erica! My boyfriend and I did a private cooking class. We chose to make: Bruschetta Carbonara Tiramisu Erica was so friendly and a joy to learn from. She’s super passionate about Italian cooking and very knowledgeable. The class was personable and we were able to get to know Erica and if you’re a foodie then you’ll enjoy her class!

I cannot say enough great things about Erica and her cooking class. She is wonderfully talented. An amazing, patient teacher (wrangling two tweens and 2 adults in my family) And just an absolute kind soul. Even as an experienced home cook, I was amazed with her all tips and tricks. If you want to travel to Italy through your stomach, then ask Erica for a cooking class. My kids said it was the best tiramisu they've ever had - including the versions from Rome. 5 outta 5 stars isn't possibly enough to give to her.
