Chef Luciano visited our kindergarten class virtually. It was an amazing experience! The children had a wonderful time. He was engaging and enthusiastic throughout the entire cooking class. He showed us step-by-step how to make gnocchi & sauce! The children enjoyed this hands-on experience. It allowed them to learn something new and have fun. Oh...and it was delicious! Thank you, Culinarium!

Chef Luciano actually made the experience feel like I was really cooking "Under the Tuscan Sun". He was very engaging and thorough making it very easy to follow him each step of the way. It was such an enjoyable time and the meal turned out absolutely delicious! Thanks Chef Luciano - I will definitively be making those dishes again.

I had a fantastic experience at the Culinarium pasta class for our corporate event. Not only did we enjoy a delicious full-course meal, but the conversation was engaging, and learning how to make pasta was a highlight. Highly recommend!

I loved the idea of the cannoli class, and the chef was pleasant but there were a number of issues. It was advertised as 2 hours instead of the 3 it took, which they admitted was a mistake. Several people had to leave without finishing. They advertised focaccia and salad as part of the meal; neither were offered. Some of the cannoli were overcooked. Generally it just felt like this was the first time and they were poorly prepared and rushed to finish on time. They could have used additional equipment and a better assistant for the chef.
