I recently purchased a Kunafa cup with milk cake from this location, and unfortunately the portion size was very disappointing for the price. I’ve ordered the same dessert multiple times from other locations, and the quantity has always been much more generous. This time, the cup was noticeably smaller, and the portion felt very limited. After tax, the total came to around $18, which feels quite expensive for the amount served. The taste was good, but the quantity did not match the price compared to other places offering the same item. I hope the store can look into maintaining consistent portion sizes so customers feel they are getting good value for what they pay.

We went on a weekday in the evening and it was not busy. The staff were so friendly and answered all our questions. D Spot has lots of menu choices. It's difficult to choose. Our desserts were delicious!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff was rude, inattentive, and completely unprofessional. The milk cake I purchased was stale and tasted old, which is completely unacceptable for a food establishment. On top of that, when we asked them to serve the milk in a dine-in bowl, they refused without any proper explanation. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. The other branch on Kingston Road is way better in terms of both service and quality. I would not recommend this location at all.
