Dr Khan and Andrea are fantastic. I’ve been seeing Dr Kan for many years and will continue to do so. I recently had a concern after having eye surgery with a Surgical Specialist and they were not available to respond. Dr Khan fit me in immediately for a check up to see if all was ok with my eyes. I needed this sanity check as I was worried. I’m am so thankful for the superb patient care that Dr Khan and Andrea provided. They listened, acted and checked expediently. They went above and beyond to assist in a situation that was not directly related to this office.

I have been a patient at this clinic for many years. Dr. Khan is one of the most pleasant physicians I have ever connected with. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Andrea at reception. She has the best customer skills I've seen. While waiting for my appointment, I could overhear her speaking with several patients and despite the fact that she was extremely busy, she showed so much patience for people as they searched their calendars to firm up appointments, or scrambled for their health card number to provide to Andrea. Being at this end of the call, I could see her face and knew that it was genuine patience. Overall this clinic is top notch and if you are thinking of becoming a patient here, don't hesitate! I've been to a few different optical clinics around Durham Region without any luck. Most have been average at best, not overly helpful, and as soon as they find out my benefits the prices seem to increase. FINALLY I tried Durham Optometric Clinic and what a great place. Walking in the place is super clean, organized, and the staff are super friendly and not pushy at all. The eye exam was the most thorough one I've ever had and the optometrist explained everything in plain language. After getting my prescription I went to the optician and he was fantastic. Actually tried to save me money! 5 Star Clinic all day long.

I have been going to see Dr Khan for over 20 years. He was a guy starting out and his kindness, professionalism and knowledge is beyond his years! AMA ing doctor. The ladies haves been there for a long time too. Which should tell you how amazing the office, doctors who work there. But Dr Khan is truly a caring, intelligent man who knows the importance of his job! Need an eye doctor…Go to this eye doctor, you will never be disappointed. You’ll be like me…20 years later! Amazing place & Doctor Khan!
