I came here maybe two years ago with a friend and forgot the name of the shop. Since then, I have daily dreams about the sweet cream ice cream. Such a unique flavour that when paired with the waffle cone, is downright heavenly. Today, my prayers have been answered and I found this shop again. Long lines but GREAT quality ice cream. There’s a lot of options so there is truly something for everyone. It is a bit expensive but worth it for the quality you are getting. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, patient and kind.

Ed’s Real Scoop has mastered nostalgia in a cone! Their Burnt Marshmallow ice cream tastes exactly like a campfire marshmallow — gooey, sweet, and perfectly charred. The texture is insanely creamy and the flavour is rich without being overpowering. A must-try for ice cream lovers in Toronto. Service was friendly, the shop was spotless, and there were so many fun flavours to choose from. Definitely a new summer favourite!

They have sorbets that are vegan. Stopped by for a scoop and really enjoyed the passion fruit flavour! Not icy, not overly sweet - deliciously tart and refreshing. Staff were very friendly!

Feel like Gelato? They got you! The ice cream is very high quality, delicious and tasty. They have good variety of flavors and they make their Waffle Cones fresh in store. Portions are very generous; I got the Kiddie one and it was enough for me! Staff are very nice and friendly. Try them out!

Ed's Real Scoop Ice-Cream has been serving up some of the most amazing and creative flavors in the Beaches area for years now. Nestled along Queen Street East in the Beaches area where all the cool & trendy people hang out you will delight and awaken all of your taste buds when you dive into one of their many delicious flavors. My favorite: *Pumpkin *Apple Pie *Burnt Marshmallow *Tanzanian Dark Chocolate *Tahitian Vanilla Bean The waffle cones are very delicious as well. Home-made right inside the store. They also sell chocolate covered Oreo Cookies! Don't leave the store without picking up a package or two! They have milk and dark chocolate covered cookies. What sets Ed's Real Scoop from all the rest is that Ed uses real simple basic ingredients and adds fresh fruits and other real flavors to enhance the greatness of the ice-cream. No artificial flavors. Just real ingredients. If the label says apple pie, then there's apple pie in that ice-cream. So if you're in the neighbourhood make sure you do your taste buds a favor and go to Ed's Real Scoop and order a few scoops! Excellent customer service. It's a great place with some great vibes as well.
