I really wanted to like this place, but it missed the mark for me. The service was amazing and the workers were exceptionally kind despite the busy weekend rush, but I'm not sure if the food lived up to the hype (and the price tag). The wait was also quite long (45 minutes for a 1 person seat at the bar), but I know it's a popular place, so I can give them a bit of grace. After tip and tax, I paid about $50 for my meal, but I'm not sure if the price tag correlates well with the portion size. I ordered the Classic (2 eggs, 2 sausages, a scone, and a fruit bowl), and decided to add a side of buttermilk pancakes. Nothing was bad, but it was also nothing worth writing home about.

I loved this place! I'd definitely come back to try the other options from the menu - the quiche was insanely good, as well as the baked oats with caramelized apple (these are seasonal dishes). I'd recommend to anyone who's looking for top tier service and amazing food 💜

Honestly one of my favourite brunch experiences ever, the food here is so delicious, and the service so welcoming. Didn’t get a picture of my meal (wanted to dive in right away) but got the daily omelette with home fries and a biscuit. The biscuit was so soft and fluffy, and came with a lovely blueberry jam that just took it over the top. My friends got pancakes and raved about them too. Hope to be back very soon!

I tried Emma’s Country Kitchen for the first time today! Although it was a 45 minute wait it was soooo worth it! It was amazing and the customer service was immaculate! The staff were very friendly, kind and responsive and were a great help in understanding the menu. I order the popular cinnamon pancakes (2) and it was more than enough for one. The pancake was delicious and the cinnamon butter on top just took it over the edge! If you have time to wait I would definitely recommend this restaurant I can’t wait to come back.

This is a very popular and busy restaurant and for good reasons! Their food is delicious and tastes wholesome and homemade. Definitely get the pancakes with whipped citrus butter and blueberry jam. But everything we ordered tasted amazing. Staff were super friendly and efficient. We had to wait about 20-25 mins for a table and we came on a weekend at around 10:30am. They seem used to wait lists though because their system is dialed.
