This music store has a great selection of pianos, guitars, and musical accessories. I purchased a new height adjustable piano bench - the price was fair and the staff helped explain all the features before leaving the store. I had been searching for a new Fender bass when I came across Excel Music Group online. I wanted to try the bass in person before buying it, so I made the drive out to the store. They have an impressive selection of instruments, including models that are often sold out at other stores. On top of that, their in-store deals on top brands like Fender and Taylor are hard to beat. What really made my experience great was Benjamin. Even in the middle of the biggest snowstorm in the last two years, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. If you’re in Toronto, it’s well worth the trip for great service, great prices, and a no-pressure shopping experience. Highly recommend!

They are very informative and have a very good price of $29/30min session for music lessons. Benjamin explained in detail the whole process of training facilitation for students trying to enroll. To me, it seems like they have a very strategic plan that can be altered according to students' needs and level to ensure the learner achieves full potential. All age groups are welcomed. No beating around the bush because most music teachers will spend 3months or more repeating themselves and cycling around one concept with no progress. Hence, the learner will be stagnated and lose motivation. I would highly recommend for you or your child to check out Excel music. 🎸 🎹 🥁 🪘

Purchased a new Fender Player Plus Stratocaster in Tequila Sunrise finish from these folks via Reverb.com. Guitar arrived in perfect shape and properly set up, ready to play out of the box! And it felt great too! I'm in love with the finish, and I the folks at Excel did a spectacular job w/ responsive customer support, packaging, etc. ... The only issue I had–and I won't even dock a star for this, since I'm not sure if there is a solution–is that that the plastic film on the pickguard was still still present. It couldn't be removed without unscrewing the pickguard and removing the strings... Which couldn't be re-installed properly because the guitar used locking tuners. Unfortunately, this meant buying new strings and having to set the guitar up again, destroying the great work they did with the initial set up.

I spoke with Benjamin at Excel Music and he was very courteous and helpful in fulfilling my order for a Hsienmo DLX D45 rosewood body and sitka spruce top with LR Baggs Anthem pickup, it is a dream guitar and two of my close friends agree that this is a fabulous purchase. One has said that he plans on ordering the same guitar. Today, I also ordered from Benjamin a Hsienmo GA Custom Bearclaw Sitka spruce and Wild Indian rosewood guitar as my next purchase, looking forward to receiving it! 😀
