Stumbled upon this place amongst the many options within Skycity Shopping Centre. So glad we stopped in at this unassuming spot for lunch! Their business model gears more towards takeout and selling previously prepped/frozen dishes and frozen conto (老火) soups. We tried the Lemongrass Wings, Berkshire Pork Trotters, and Yellow Curry Chicken - all were amazing. Also got a couple of frozen soups to take home. I can see it being one of the favorite spots to pick up from after a busy day in the city. Definitely would recommend giving it a try!

I had my first-ever Indonesian food experience at FAV Craft Kitchen, and it completely exceeded my expectations! As soon as I sat down, the lady behind the counter made me feel so welcome—she brought me water and even offered a sparkling lemon tea on the house, which was such a thoughtful touch. I ordered the Nasi Goreng (fried rice with chicken) and it was absolutely delicious—full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and really comforting. You can tell everything is made with care and authenticity. The hospitality here is amazing, the food is fantastic, and the whole experience felt genuinely warm and inviting. If you’ve never tried Indonesian food before, Craft Kitchen is the perfect place to start. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back!

I tried the Hainanese chicken rice and enjoyed the delicious meal. The chicken was cooked perfectly, not dry at all and the sauces they included for the chicken were all perfectly flavoured. I highly recommend to try the Hainanese chicken! The staff are also super friendly and helpful, lovely people

Plan A was a total bust—the other spot I wanted to try was closed! But you know what? I’m calling it fate, because it led me straight to the delicious Fav Craft Kitchen. My mission was to find an amazing curry chicken. And guess what? Mission accomplished! This curry had that perfect golden-yellow color and a flavor that totally blew other curries out of the water. The chicken was incredibly juicy and tender (I think it might have been fried first? YUM), and it was packed with potatoes, green peppers, and red peppers. I got to enjoy it hot and fresh right there, and the staff was so sweet—they even offered me a glass of water! While I was eating, I noticed they sell frozen prep meals, soups, and other goodies to take home. I also kept seeing "Berkshire" meat everywhere, so I did a quick search. Turns out, it’s a fancy term for super tender and juicy pork that originally came from England. Now I have to go back and try it! Final Verdict: This place is a hidden gem. I’m already planning my next trip to grab some of that soup and try another dish. If you’re in the area, you have to check it out! Highly, highly recommend!

Tastes great! Got the "chicken & chorizo in portugese sauce" and "lemongrass crispy chicken wings". Very well-layered flavours, the ingredients all go so well together, but you can also taste the distinct differences. New menu items coming soon, too! Looking forward to them.
