Today I went to Fresh Kitchen to pick up an order. The staff at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. My order was handed to me with an attitude and clear frustration, without any basic courtesy or respect. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a customer service environment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to their staff.

While visiting Sherway Gardens convenience led a few friends and I to Fresh Kitchen + Juice Bar. What started as a spontaneous choice turned out to be a memorable experience. From the moment we walked in, the experience was welcoming. The decor strikes a perfect balance between cozy and modern. What really stood out was the menu — an impressive variety of thoughtfully crafted dishes with creative, plant-based options and substitute choices. We started with a salad, squash tacos, and a 9-layer burrito. Each dish had its own standout qualities, but the squash tacos were unforgettable. The salad was packed with bold, complementary flavours that hit all the right notes. Since that first visit, I’ve returned several times and have tried the Tiger Bowl, Crispy Dumplings, Ultimate Cheeseburger, and various salads. Every dish has been consistently fresh and satisfying. It truly feels like food made with care — nourishing both the body and soul. Highly recommend for anyone looking for delicious 100% vegan food in a welcoming atmosphere.

I’m a regular, here. This place is so nice , and Kayha, and Tay make the best drinks. I’m happy to have this local gem to frequent. Lots of great, interesting options for food, drink and desert. Happy hour from 3-5pm and 8pm-close is also wonderful!

Takayla and Tay were very welcoming and super helpful given I was trying it out for the first time. Nice spot to come for lunch if you want a slower, calm and aesthetic environment. Juices and food were great!!

Absolutely love this place! I don’t live near any of your locations, so anytime I’m near one I must stop by! The food is 100% plant based and amazing! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing! And the staff is super friendly and awesome 👏🏻 highly recommend! You must try
