This morning we were eating ice cream outside. After a while my documents flew because of the wind. My husband ran after them to catch them. When he turned the corner I was curious and followed his. When we came back a minute later our ice cream containers had been collected from the table. I had some left but my husband still had ice cream, we were very surprised to see the ice cream thrown away. Everyone there saw what was happening and there was another table. The place wasn't even full and there was only one table sitting outside, I didn't think this rushed attitude was right at all. As soon as we caught the first nice weather we came here for ice cream. The shop is next to our house and we were regular customers last summer. I think it changed hands and we won't be going here again.

Lots of variety of gelato. The serving sizes are decent for the price. Flavours were delicious. All 4 of us were happy with our selections. We liked they had a patio. Service was efficient and friendly.

If you just want something sweet and cold, then this is the spot. But, if you want quality then I don’t think this is the spot. The gelato is average, nothing very special, the cashier had an attitude unfortunately and the girl grabbing my gelato didn’t seem interested as she had to finish her conversation with her colleague before getting my scoops…I probably wouldn’t go again.

Awesome experience. My relatives visiting are Brazilian and do not speak any English so I had to explain each flavour and what the options were for cone vs cup and how big it would be. They all tried two flavors and were not rushed. It was amazing gelato and great service. I would definitely return and recommend it for anyone looking for great gelato.

This was a great spot to go to for gelato however the price seem to have increased considerably since the spring time and the portions have gotten much smaller. Decent gelato but way to expensive for such small portions. Worth the drive to Danforth for Kawartha lakes Creamery.
