We came Sunday night after the Aquarium with our toddler. The staff were excellent. Karolina was on top of everything. We ordered the smoked BBQ burger, Fish Tacos and a kids pasta. The burger and tacos were actually excellent! Perfect amount of heat. We don't handle spice well but they were perfect. Caesar salad was good. And they had a sour beer, jam up the mash on the menu. Perfect end to the evening.

I feel like the food here is always hit or miss watched two people walk out with full plates left on their table, but also watched random ppl after they left steal one of the chicken tenders I guess for them it was not great, but hopefully for the tender theives it was. For me however it was pretty generally good, barring on middling bar food. Can't go wrong with it.

Everything we got went really well together! The burger, chicken tenders, and sweet potato fries are my go to favourites at Jacks. First time trying the mac n cheese and it was better than I thought! Tasted good adding it into the burger. Another favourite dish is the asian chicken wonton nachos, has good flavour and spice to it.

We were seated quickly thanks to our reservation, and the bacon cheeseburger with Caesar salad was good in both quality and portion. Unfortunately, the Fiesta salad with chicken was disappointing, the salad didn’t feel fresh and the chicken was very dry. The guacamole was fresh but felt unfinished, more like ingredients to assemble ourselves. Compared to the price, there are better options in the same area. That said, our server was very friendly and polite, she spoke with the manager to remove the salad from the bill, which we really appreciated. Overall: good service and ambiance, but food quality ranged from average to poor.

We dined here after a Leafs game, it was a very pleasant experience with great food and love the atmosphere. I ordered the Chicken Parm and side salad, and while the quality of the food was genuinely good—it was delicious and well-prepared—I felt the portion size wasn't adequate, especially given the price point. The restaurant's standout feature was the ambiance. The Christmas decorations were lovely, and the overall vibes were nice and welcoming. Everything about the decor contributed to a great setting. However, the main area for improvement was the service. Our server was minimal at best and very inattentive. We barely saw him throughout the meal, and it was difficult to get drink refill. While the food was good enough to offset some of the frustration, the lack of attentiveness definitely took away from the overall experience. In summary, delicious food and a wonderful, festive atmosphere. I would recommend it for the quality of the meal and the decorations alone, but focus on improving the attentiveness of the wait staff and. 4/5 stars.
