Such a fun and beautiful Christmas-themed restaurant 🎄 The decorations were amazing and really got us into the holiday spirit. The atmosphere was cozy and cheerful, and the food was delicious. Sarah was super sweet and friendly, and her service made the experience even better. We had a great time and would definitely come back during the holidays!

Jack’s Sherway offers good, classic pub-style food. We ordered the chicken tenders, and they were cooked perfectly- crispy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside. Next time, I’d probably go for the regular fries, but everything was enjoyable overall. The dip and chips were also a nice starter, with plenty of dip to go around. Service was a bit on the slow side, but it actually worked out well, giving us extra time to relax, chat, and enjoy the evening. All in all, a solid spot for casual comfort food and a laid-back atmosphere.

Visited this restaurant during the holiday season. It was busy, but not overly loud. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The food was great, but the standout for me was the décor. The space was beautifully decorated and felt incredibly festive, which made a big difference on such a cold night. Our table ordered a mix of drinks and dishes from both the regular and holiday menus. The festive drinks served in fun mugs were a hit, and the lobster poutine was a clear winner.

We had an amazing time watching the Super Bowl at Jack’s Sherway, and Leticia truly made the night unforgettable. She is an exceptional server with the biggest smile, an incredible personality, and such positive energy. She was always right there when we needed anything, never missed a beat, and made us feel genuinely taken care of the entire time. Even with all the excitement of the game, she kept everything running smoothly and made it even more fun. Leticia went above and beyond, and her service is exactly why we’ll be coming back. Absolutely outstanding!

From the welcome to the farewell our experience are always positive. The staff are one of the friendliest people here. I love reading their hilarious shirts. We had our usual of Mushroom burger and the cook beautifully took time with our waitresses suggestion and she’s awesome and halve it for us and the always delicious crab & lobster dip. The music is so good and love that I can choose the music on the app, see the games, and I get rewards on every visit. Their Happy Hour menu and drinks are one of the best. Of course we’ll be back.
