It seems most of the higher votes are from 2 years plus. I guess this centre was better back then because I'm getting no information or help from them at all. There was an incident involving my child and another girl, and they won't answer my one question..what are you actually doing to solve this problem?? Just answer me that, please. I don't want all the mumbo jumbo words to fill in the conversation. Just answer the question. That's all. They won't admit to anything and won't give me information on how THEY should be doing something to help MY DAUGHTER about what happened. I, literally can't get information about MY CHILD from them. I'm actually blown away by all of this.

An exceptionally well-put-together community program to help mentor your daughters, giving them a clear path through leadership and entrepreneurship. My daughter loves it here. They offer so many programs for girls. When you live in a city with high rent and high cost of living, I am so great to complete for Jean Augustine Center as an after-school program for my 12-year-old daughter. Also, as a newcomer, this centre has helped my daughter socialize more and meet new friends. She comes home daily with work she has done at the centre. These things also go on sale to help the program. They are taught the necessary skills to survive in this world. Culinary Arts, dancing, Karate and a variety of other skills are taught. This will indeed empower all of the participants. Jean Augustine also offers Stem classes on Saturdays, and it’s all free at no cost at all, oh my lord. This Christmas, I got to see some of the beautiful people in Toronto who contributed to making this program a success. I also met all the parents taking part in the program, and most importantly, I got to meet Jean Augustine in person. I hope more people in the community and the surrounding will offer more assistance and aid to this centre because it has done a lot for the young females in Etobicoke.

My 7 year old daughter attended three separate weekly classes offered during the free after school program this Spring and I was incredibly impressed by the experience she had. She looked forward to going every time and came home after pick-up feeling happy, confident and proud of the skills that she learned and/or practiced while at the various classes...especially the cooking class. It’s apparent through the activities and food she brought home that the staff and volunteers put a great deal of thought and effort into the curriculum. I’m grateful to have such an amazing centre and resource in the neighbourhood tailored specifically to empowering girls and young women from all walks of life along with harbouring confidence and community as well.

My first visit to the Jean Augustine Center in Toronto, Canada was truly incredible for my daughter! My daughter fell in love with the cooking classes. The caring staff creates an ideal environment for girls to flourish. It's a wonderful place that empowers and supports community involvement, giving young girls a voice to grow confidently. The center's diverse activities and commitment to the community are remarkable. I highly recommend this center to parents seeking a nurturing space for girls 7-17 years old. It's a precious gem in the heart of Toronto where girls can learn, grow, and shine!

In about 1993 I am proud to say that I personally met Jean Augustine when she was just starting her Poetical life here I also help in her camping by knocking door and delivering fliers homes to Homes to me I saw a dream in this lady voice I could feel her desire to be someone powerful that can represent and defend our class...and today she is that person she wanted to be... I would love to meet her again and I and going and forward to it. Giovanni Caba
