I went to Kajiken, and honestly it was one of the best ramen we’ve ever had! 😮‍💨🍜 There was a pretty big line when we arrived, but it moved really fast and we were seated in no time. The service was also super quick, we barely finished ordering and our bowls were already at the table, hot and beautifully presented. The flavor was amazing! Perfectly seasoned, great texture, and that kind of dish you just don’t want to stop eating. I liked it so much that I literally scraped the plate clean 😄. Totally worth it and we’ll definitely be back. If you love real, flavorful ramen, you need to add this place to your list

I visited Kajiken Soba yesterday. I’ve heard for a long time that this place is very popular and usually has long lineups, so I took the chance to go while it was snowing and less crowded. The food is quite unique. The Meat Lover noodles were the highlight, they blend Japanese flavors well and come with a generous amount of meat. We also ordered the beef noodles, takoyaki, and fried chicken. Everything tasted good at first, but it became a bit greasy and heavy toward the end. The staff were friendly and very attentive with water refills, which I appreciated. However, it felt a little rushed when they cleared our bowls too quickly. Prices are on the higher side for what you get. Overall, it’s worth trying at least once, but probably not a place I would visit frequently.

The best aburisoba ever!! The ramen is incredibly flavourful as well. Their noodles are freshly homemade, you can watch the process unfold in front of you and the service is very quick and kind. Everything was unbelievably delicious and fresh. Will definitely be back! No wonder it’s so popular lol

Amazing spot! The soupless ramen here is packed with flavour. It was thick chewy noodles, bold sauce, and the perfect mix‑ins. Everything we ordered was delicious, from the mains to the appetizers, and the portions were generous. We loved the whole experience and will definitely be back.

First time having dry ramen and it was great! Service was friendly and quick! The dry ramen was very flavourful but a little richer than I thought it would be but overall very tasty! The Tonkatsu ramen was good but the soup base could have a little more flavour. This is a place I would come again and try some of the other versions of aburasoba! though
