We visited your restaurant for a quiet dinner myself, my wife, and my son. I honestly hesitated to write this review because I kept trying to convince myself that what we experienced might have been an off night. But in the end, I felt it was important to share this as constructive feedback. We had a reservation, but my wife was running late, so my son and I arrived on time. We waited at the entrance for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us or offered to seat us. After we sat down, a party of six to eight people left the table across from us, and their dishes, glasses, and mess remained untouched until we were already halfway through our meal. The floor around us was also noticeably dirty. Our server looked exhausted, and although we understood she was doing her best, the overall environment didn’t feel cared for. At the end of our meal, my wife and I talked about the experience and still chose to tip our server 20% — not because we were satisfied, but because we respect the fact that she is working hard to earn a living. I hope you take this as helpful criticism rather than a negative review. My intention is simply to encourage more attention to cleanliness and customer care. A clean space and a bit more effort can make a big difference, no matter how busy or tiring the day has been.

This Kelsey's was the roughest looking Kelsey's I've ever been to the seats were all worn out in the area we sat and the washrooms were kinda grungy so to smells, lighting and sticky floors. The men's washroom urinals are modified kegs which looked kinda cool but idk how well they can clean that, could be part of the smells. The hostess was nice, we were seated immediately for dinner since there was hardly anyone there. The waitress was ok, she didn't seem like she wanted to be there most of the time, lol. The food was a little less than I would expect for a Kelsey's though. My daughter had chicken alfredo, the pasta was good but the chicken was nasty, was dry like very overcooked so she didn't eat it. I tried to but nope, like chewing leather. I had the dill burger, so did my other daughter they were good at least.

The seafood pasta I had was really good, but the real star of the show was the Butterfinger Crunch Ice cream cake. WOW what a delicious dessert. The caramel sauce was sublime. Service was good throughout the night.

Absolutely terrible experience. Flatbread was soggy, tomatos were spoiled (in salad and quesadilla and on flat bread) , salad was rotting and the fish and chips were horrible. We could not eat this and actually went back out to get food we could eat after spending $80+ at Kelsey's. My order was a pick up order and they actually suggested we tip the kitchen staff. Very thankful we did not. What a waste of money. I will never again visit Kelsey's. Yuk.

We enjoyed a lovely steak dinner here. This location offers a wonderful, creative, wide menu. Our meals came fast, hot, fresh, & perfectly prepared. Very friendly service, pleasant dinning room, and great music! It was a very enjoyable dinner evening out!
