  My children LOVE Kids&Company! The staff took the time to make sure that they adjusted well, even providing a transitional week to help them adjust gradually before officially starting. My oldest now says “hi” and “bye daycare” every day; he can’t wait to see the staff and his friends, and both kids can’t wait to see the staff in their infant and toddler rooms. The centre uses an app to keep parents up to date on what kids are doing, and I have to admit to not only loving but feeling comforted by the photos I see every day. There is also a very wide variety of meals on the menu - I never would have known that my kids LOVE butter chicken without Kids&Company exposing them to different foods than they have at home. I highly recommend!

  Wish I could rate them lower. The staff is untrained and they were abusive to my kid because he didn’t settle as well as the other kids did. He was barely a year old back then. I later found out that none of the staff members were trained in taking care of infants. I have also seen a toddler teacher banging a kid’s face into metal rods to push her into play area.

  I’m extremely disappointed with the experience at Kids & Company in Beacon Hill. Since the previous supervisor left — who was truly excellent in her role — the quality of management has gone downhill. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about the families and staff. Unfortunately, that level of leadership is no longer present. The current supervisor is disorganized and unresponsive. Concerns and requests are routinely ignored or delayed, and issues take far too long to be resolved — if they’re addressed at all. There’s a lack of accountability and follow-through, which is especially concerning in a childcare setting. The current supervisor have demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism. Communication is dismissive and often disrespectful, leaving parents feeling unheard and undervalued. It’s disheartening to see the decline in standards at this location. I expected much better from a company that promotes itself as a leader in childcare. As it stands, I cannot recommend this center to any parent seeking reliable, professional care for their child while the current supervisor is still present.

  Aimee, is a wonderful director! I do not know what people are talking about. From Aimee, to her assistants Sonia, Monica and Maggie- they are all amazing. The ECE’s and ECA’s, as well as Ms. Chloe in the kitchen do their best to make the children happy and keep them safe at ALL times. This centre goes above and beyond. If I could rate higher, I would!

  If I could give more stars, I would! I really do not understand why people are hating on this place, especially the director and assistant directors. They all work SO incredibly hard, from Aimee, to the cook and the ECA’s/ECE’s! Even the supplies are great. I feel like people do not understand what it is like to work in a daycare setting, having full classrooms and trying their best to take care of each and every child.. I understand we all want what’s best for our children and for them to be safe, and they do their best to do so. The staff always have a smile on their faces, and are always so welcoming! Greeting everybody every morning. The children just love the food too! Aimee also puts a lot of time and effort into figuring out the best solutions for other parents, the CHILDREN and her staff. She is always putting out new toys, helping in classrooms, and staying well past her shift to meet the needs and concerns for parents. All I have to say is thank you all for your hard work! You all are very much appreciated.
