  Wee Watch has been great for us. As new parents we navigated the challenges of finding a good provider for our son as we did not have much luck in finding spaces in larger daycare settings. When we found Wee Watch, Nelia F. made the process so easy and she was very responsive to us. She was able to find us a space at a provider right around the corner from us. Lubna has been a fantastic childcare provider for our son. Lubna’s positive and cheerful attitude means we always have a kiddo excited to go to daycare for the day!   Our daughters absolutely love their provider, Farzana :) They come home singing songs, surprising us with new vocabulary and are genuinely excited to "go to school" every morning. It's their home away from home and it's been a relief to find a provider whom we trust and treats our kiddos with so much love. Her home is beautiful and provides lots of space for the children to play and the outdoor space is incredible with lots of room to run around and play in nature. They are exposed to unique meals and seem to be busy with lots of activities. We feel very lucky to have had her as our provider ❤️

  Our 14 month old son started daycare with Lubna a few weeks ago and the experience has been truly remarkable! Since day one, she has been very kind and nurturing which has made the transition very smooth - Our son warmed up to her very quickly and he is all smiles when we pick him up. We could not be happier and more grateful to Lubna! To arrange our son’s placement at Wee Watch Burlington, we worked closely with Nelia and Tracy who were fantastic. They always made time to answer any questions and were on the ball with ongoing communication to make sure nothing was missed - I can’t recommend them enough!

  My daughter was unfortunately terminated from the daycare after we were unable to accommodate a last-minute and inappropriate request. It felt as though the provider exploited the fact that parents rely on her for childcare, expecting us to comply with unreasonable demands. Despite repeatedly stating she treats all children as her own, she dismissed our daughter without empathy or consideration. Disappointedly, the regional director showed no support and seemed to side entirely with the provider, offering no explanation for the abrupt and unfair termination. We were then offered an alternative placement, but the condition of that provider’s home was completely unacceptable and not suitable for any child. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution against enrolling your child in a home daycare through Wee Watch. We found the environment to be unprofessional, lacking accountability, and ultimately showing little genuine concern for the well-being of the children in their care. *edited to respond* It turns out my daughter wasn’t the first—or the only—child dismissed without any clear reason. Just take a look at the other one-star reviews. If you choose to work with Wee Watch, be prepared to place your child in an unstable environment where care can be abruptly terminated based on a provider’s personal preferences or lack of professionalism.
