  Our daughter attended Kids & Co. when we moved to Milton, from 2023-2024. She was 3 years old. The transition to this daycare was INCREDIBLY challenging from day one, and we couldn’t figure out why. One evening our daughter told us that she was put on the toilet for a time out because she “wasn’t listening,” and that her educator (Anila) pulled her by her ear for the same reason. We launched a complaint with CAS and Kids & Co. were informed. No disciplinary action was taken because there were no witnesses. They took the word of an abuser over the word of an innocent child who has no capacity to lie or even understand that she was being abused. In addition to being subjected to abuse, the programs lack structure and educators/drop off locations differ almost daily, which can be difficult for a sensitive child. There were several notices posted regarding allegations of abuse during the time we were there. I would recommend that parents avoid this daycare.

  Sanj is phenomenal at her job as Director of the Milton Kids & Company!!!!! She truly cares about our daughter (going into S/K) this September… even though she no longer attends the preschool program & graduated here Spring/2023. Our 32 month old son has been in the toddler class for a year+ now, and loves it there too!! Faiza is like a second Mom to lil’ man and they truly care about our kiddos like they’re family. Melissa’s also a pleasure to deal with at this centre - she was the initial contact to set both our children up here. Anytime I needed a favour, whether it be we’re running late to pickup one or both kids… Sanj said “No problem ~ drive safe and see you soon!” Sanj goes the extra mile for squeezing our son into extra days he doesn’t usually attend so long as there is sufficient space to do so. We appreciate your location, and are thankful she treats them like her own too!!! Never stop being you Sanj… thumbs up for all the hard work you and your staff strive for each day our kiddos come here!!!!!

  We love kids & co Milton. Our daughter is so happy there. She learns so much and she’s always in a great mood when we pick her up. I would recommend this daycare to all parents who are looking :)

  I want to start by saying the educators and director are wonderful individuals and this review is not a reflection of them at all. If this review was only about the educators the rating would be 5 stars without a doubt. However this review is as low as it is due to their predatory policy around charging fees regardless of if your child has started at the centre. I’m essentially paying $500/mo to hold my daughter’s spot. Worst still, the money isn’t credited once she starts. Kids & Companies value states: Their mission is to offer high quality flexible child care, and to continue to innovate in the child care space, to meet the ever-evolving needs of families. This terrible practice is in direct opposition to these values which tells you they value profits over people/families. They know they have you over a barrel and squeeze you dry. It’s terrible and unethical.

  We have been coming to Kids & Co for over 7 years now (we have 3 kids who have attended) and all the teachers treat our children with such respect, love and kindness. A special shoutout to all the teachers at Kids & Co, Chef Amanda, Melissa and Sanj. You are all truly a blessing and a pleasure to see every day! They have all treated our children from the very beginning like family and we always know the kids are safe and loved when they are in their care. Thank you to everyone at Kids & Co for your support, kindness and care. We truly appreciate all you do every single day of the year.
