Very loving and professional staff. Our daughter loves the daycare, especially their wonderful outdoor play area!

Super unprofessional staff. I booked a tour, show up and they didn't have me registered in even though I had called and booked in advance. I got there on time and no one would open the door... made us wait over 15 minutes outside. They weren't expecting me and had to pull someone in to give the tour so, bad first impression. I also witnessed a teacher hit an infant with a high chair accidentally (due to carelessness) on THE HEAD during the tour. Absolutely not okay. The site is very unhygienic and just gave me the ick. The reception staff also provided me with incorrect information and really lacked communication skills. The entire on site staff were just very unprofessional. Do not recommend.
