The staff there are quite nice but if there is some sort of problem, it seems they are unable to accommodate. EDIT: They accommodated.

This is such a great daycare. They genuinely care for the children and are nice and friendly. They have lots of fun activities and offer extra care on a few special occasions at no cost e.g date night and Christmas shopping day. Lidia does a really good job managing the place and I am happy i chose them. They also teach the kids some French which is a nice add.

My child just finished care here after roughly 1 year. We had to move due to my new job location and driving 2 hours each directing was no longer financially feasible. I emailed the centre director explaining such and asked if they would give me 2 weeks leeway on their 2 month notice policy due to a spot opening at a new centre. It was out of the centre directors hands and I called head office explaining our situation and they said they would have the regional director call me that day. It has been 6 weeks and I still have yet to hear from them and they have sent a charge for 580.00 without any further discussion. I will repeat what I said to them: it is two weeks for which she will not even be there. 6 weeks is sufficient notice and you have had several new children start care here this month alone. You guys have no issue sending out 400 dollar charges with no notice or explanation to parents until 2 days after the fact. It is quite hypocritical and comes across as money is the only thing that matters to this company and not the well being of the children and families who participate here. I do not feel I am wrong when I make this statement. All aside they provide nutritious snacks and meals. They care for your children, and seem to plan activities. It is fairly expensive compared to other centres for what they do with the children. They don’t take them on very many outings, just to their playground, and around the condos in the area (toddlers.) I have had many conversations about drop offs in the mornings, no staff prepared for the children nor any activities to engage the children when they arrive. They did adjust but it should not be the parents job to tell the staff this. Maybe do not advertise that you accommodate from 630am if it is not feasible for your staff. My child really enjoyed their time in the infant room and the staff there are great. Her toddler transition was not great, but it was new for her. However there has been times my partner picked her up and she will be standing or laying on a table and no staff is paying attention to her. So as much as we’d like to think she had a hard time transitioning, I mostly think they just don’t quite care enough for the children on that side of things.

If your child goes to this daycare, please check on them! I’m writing this review as a concerned, mother not as a customer of this Daycare. March 18 I had a 90 minute appointment in the office above this Daycare. That appointment was in a very quiet setting so I could hear the children outside playing. After about 30 minutes into the appointment, I heard a little boy crying. I don’t mean just crying out of a tantrum I mean, sobbing singing out for his mommy. This continued for the next 60 minutes at no point in time did one of the daycare providers go and console him. I understand that Daycare’s have a lot of children and not every child gets extra time because they are crying however as a parent, I would hope that one of the staff would at least go over and console the child and if they were inconsolable, call the parent. As a mom of two little boys, I was absolutely appalled and heartbroken for this child after my appointment I went downstairs to speak with someone and I couldn’t speak with a supervisor, so I left. I’m not the kind of Person who makes a point of complaining about companies, especially Daycare’s because I know it is so difficult as a parent to find a good daycare. I cannot With good conscious not say anything considering what I witnessed for 60 minutes. You are a daycare that take care of little children do better!!!
