Our kid has been attending KidsRUs in Vancouver since they opened up in January of 2024. This is our first daycare experience, but we've had nothing but good experiences with them. The staff appear to really care for the children who attend there. They are good about communicating emerging concerns and work with parents to form a plan. Our kid seem to be happy to be attending this daycare, and has repeatedly ask to "go to school" on the weekends. All the staff there has been great. The current ECD teachers Ms. Ella and Ms. Rose continue to maintain the standards of care and communication that we've seen in all ECD teachers. They are warm and welcoming in the morning, and speak to the kids in a caring manner. Sadly our kid will have to move on from this daycare soon, but it has been an wonderful experience.

We go to the Champlain branch and we have nothing but good things to say about the daycare. Ms Ella and Ms Rose are absolute angels. They are kind, friendly and you can tell the kids are having a great time. My kid had a very slow transition to daycare, but Marya and her team were patient and helped my son adopt to daycare. Now he smiles and giggles everytime he goes to daycare. We love the app and all the updates all day. Makes you feel safe and close to your little ones.

This was our first daycare experience for our son and we were really nervous about his transition. We felt very well supported by the staff during his gradual entry and felt comfortable that he was in safe, competent and attentive hands. Special shoutout to Ms Joana - she is a treasure!

My little one has attended Kids R Us Sunset since their opening and overall she has had a very positive experience. She has learned a lot in all areas (speech, fine and gross motor skills, social interaction, etc) thanks to Ms. Gill and Ms. Joana. I was simply blown away by all the creative and stimulating indoor and outdoor activities. There have been a few changes in personnel in a short time frame and that was disconcerting for me, but my daughter seemed ok with the changes, possibly thanks to Ms Joana’s warm and steady presence. Thank you for everything!

Our daughter absolutely loves daycare and it’s all thanks to Ms. Joana who provides such a loving, stimulating and nurturing environment for the kids. It is amazing to see how much our daughter grows and learns from daycare each day, from new words, songs and dances and sign language (please, thank you etc). Ms. Joana has a true passion for the kids and dedicates so much time into all of the crafts and indoor and outdoor activities, really making each day special to the point that my toddler never wants to leave at pickup (which is so different from her previous daycare)! It’s so apparent that Ms. Joana loves these kids and we’re so comforted to have our daughter in her care.
