  Highly recommend! I cannot say enough great things about Richmond Kids & Co, and this is all due to the wonderful and dedicated staff and teachers! My child has been at this daycare since 1yo, and will be starting kindie this year. It's extremely bittersweet for us to be leaving such a supportive environment where the little one thrives. The centre is very well run, with good communication and excellent responsiveness and openness from the director. The food is healthy and the kids really love it. The activities and structure of the day keeps kids entertained while learning. The teachers seem to care deeply about the children in their care - our little one really feels loved there! It is also a supportive environment for the parents, and we could work together to help navigate through different stages of these important years. We loved the daily reports and seeing what our kid was doing!

  Our family spent 6 years (2 kids) with Kids & Co Richmond, and we would highly recommend! I felt my.kids were safe and loved, they learned so much in their time there and the staff really care on a personal level. It was such a blessing to always know that my kids were in the best plsce possible when we couldnt be wirh them. The staff really goes over and above. The cameras and meals provided are just an added bonus. You will not be disappointed

  We've had both of our children join the Richmond Kid's and Company location since they were 1 years old. Our eldest has graduated and throughout our time at K&C it's been amazing. The Director Thaisbher, and Assistant Director Raj were extremely helpful and welcoming during our time there. Our children learned to make friends, arts and crafts, sing songs, new languages (like Spanish), dance, build etc. The instructors were caring, informative, influential, and kind. Meals were included in the monthly fee, and the variety of foods were helpful with trying new things for our children. The location offered camera access, and a daily diary to keep track of your children's activities or events during the day (what they had for lunch, diaper changes, nap times etc.). They also upload photos of your children! It's a great way to see what they are doing while you're at work or away. The teachers are prepared to have conversations about your children. If there needs to be any corrective behavior, or if they got into trouble that day. I can't say enough about the teachers, as they made the biggest difference for our children. It is not an easy job looking after that many infant / toddlers / preschools all day everyday. But they do an amazing job with a smile on their face. Overall, I would highly recommend this location. Although the facility isn't the newest or most modern, the people there are amazing. We've made friends with some of the other parents, and our children have learned to make friends. They are better prepared for Kindergarten, and understand how to behave in a classroom setting. Thank you Kid's a Co! It's been a very memorable experience

I am so grateful to all the teachers and their administrative staff for creating such a caring and welcoming environment for our son. For other parents considering this daycare and location, rest assured your little one will be cared for joyfully!

  Our child spent over 3 years at Kids & Company Richmond and had an excellent experience. The center director and staff were polite, caring and flexible to our child. Transition between toddler and pre-school rooms was well planned. Lunch and snack was provided which was very convenient, and my child enjoyed most of the food (more so than at home!). Indoor and outdoor activities, including field trips were thoughtful and well organized, my child learned a lot. The flexible pick up and drop off times were very useful due to other commitments. We felt reassured leaving our child in the hands of the staff at this location, and the ability to view rooms via live cameras was a nice touch. Overall I would recommend this location to those looking for excellent child care.
