  The beginning of our journey at this daycare was emotional for me as a mom, the adaptation period truly broke my heart. But now, my daughter loves going to the Chickadee room every morning. Her teacher, Ramandeep, is an absolute sweetheart with her. We truly appreciate the love, patience, and care she gives our daughter, it means so much to our family. Of course, like with any daycare, there are always small things that might not align perfectly with my preferences, but one thing I really value is that the teachers are always open to listening. They’re respectful of my suggestions and willing to adjust when it comes to my daughter’s care. Overall, it’s a warm and nurturing place where my daughter feels happy, safe, and understood, and for that, I’m truly grateful.

  My child attended Kids Zone for nearly two years. The teachers and staff are exceptionally friendly, providing a high level of care, consistency, and kind discipline through their Montessori approach. Their warm welcome each morning significantly improved our family's life. My child eagerly anticipated going to Kids Zone daily. The teachers formed a strong bond with my child and were always pleasant to converse with regarding my child's progress. This daycare offers numerous additional benefits, including gym classes, sign language, music, playful number and letter learning, and daily art projects. I am deeply grateful for the attention and love my child received there.

  My child didn’t go to daycare here but I’m posting about the management experience, which was disappointing. As most parents struggle to find daycare for their children, I registered mine at this facility before she was born, as it was one of the only centres available for around the time I needed. I paid the $500 enrolment fee to hold my child’s spot. After my child was born, I luckily got a call from another daycare I wanted with an open spot available sooner next year which worked better for us. So I immediately emailed kids zone to let them know and asked for a refund. Their policy stats only 25% refund will be applied if you provide at least one month notice of the child’s start date. Well I’m giving over a year notice so that should be taken into consideration. The daycare will be able to replace my child’s spot with more than a year notice, and another family will pay the $500 deposit, while I’m only getting $125 back of the deposit I gave. That is unfair to ask of parents and their policy needs to be adjusted. Again, if every family has to give $500 deposit to ensure their child has a daycare spot and then isn’t given a full refund, that is completely unfair to the parents. Daycares already have such demand and control over how many kids need daycare services. The daycare I am sending my child to next year provides a full refund in case I change my mind or find alternative options. That’s how it should be. Kids zone your management and owners need to be more considerate of families. It’s already financially tough on families. Your policy is very rigid and selfish. Do better.

  Just want to share my experience with this daycare. My daughter went here for 3 months when she was 18 months old, I thought the staff was so nice and my daughter seemed to like them. My husband and i got off work early one day and decided to pick her up. When we got there, They were all outside, It was the middle of winter and my daughters jacket was unzipped, no gloves, no hat,no snowpants and no neckwarmer! The staff was standing around talking. I picked her up and left and i never brought her back there nor did I enroll her in another daycare.
