The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, and they've created a warm and welcoming environment for her. She always comes home happy and excited to share stories about her day.   Posting this review to help other moms looking for childcare . A lot of the recent reviews are fake and are most likely written by owners family and friends. We went for a tour and the whole experience felt like a sales pitch at a car dealership with very high pressure to e-transfer a $1,700 deposit on the day of the tour . They kept saying ‘we only have one spot left and many waiting , it will go fast ‘, but the reality is they have spots anytime you call in. The daycare is located in the basement of the church . When we walked in , we were hit with the smell of musk and mold. There is no baby gates on stairs , no childproofing of any kind . There is a big podium in the toddlers room , which I imagine was used by a church , but now is a huge fall hazard for the kids . The teachers looked miserable and the place was dirty . I encourage anyone considering this daycare to do a full tour and really observe , and not rely on these online reviews.

  I’m very disappointed with this daycare, the communication is terrible. You can try to follow up several times for X reason and still got no response. This is completely unprofessional and unfair. I would not recommend this place to anyone — they don’t value parents’ trust or honesty. Unfortunately, our experience with this daycare was very disappointing. I did not want to give details about my problem, but you are now asking for it because you are keeping money that does not belong to you. After confirming by email that you would refund our payment, you did not refund the full amount. We received no service and no contract was signed. You have a habit of pushing people to pay as soon as possible, saying that the spot is limited and can be taken quickly — but once you have the payment, communication changes completely. Parents, please be cautious. The daycare charges around $60 a day, yet the space is on the ground floor with poor conditions and very poor communication. We work hard for our money and only asked for what is rightfully ours. Transparency and honesty are important. Please be careful, parents — don’t fall victim as we did.

  We had such a positive experience with Ladybug Daycare over the past two years. The team truly provides exceptional childcare services. The educators are wonderfully caring, loving, and creative, with a teaching style that promotes self-sufficiency, much like Montessori. We saw her grow in independence with dressing, bathroom routines, and meal times. Also the team is highly creative in their activities. We appreciated the easy communication with staff and always looked forward to the daily photo updates that showed our daughter having a blast. Plus, having direct access to the gorgeous park by the church was fantastic for the children's outdoor play. I highly recommend Lady Bug Daycare
