Amazing Experience I had the pleasure of completing my practicum at Launchpad, and I must say it was an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, not only towards me but also towards the children. Their warm and nurturing approach created a positive environment where the children thrived and felt safe. I learned a great deal during my time here, and I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a caring community. I am so happy we found this place. Ali, the director and all the teachers have been so welcoming from our first day at this daycare. Every teacher (not even from my child's group) know my daughter's name, meeting her every day with hugs and smiles. The place is clean and offers a variety of age appropriate activities. They spend a good amount of time outside (weather permitted) to ensure kiddos get their fresh air. I also like the app they use where I can monitor her meals, diaper changes, and view photos. You can also use the app to leave any comments/notes or simply as a method of communication between you and teachers. In short, I feel that Launchpad is a home away from home. Keep up the good work,guys! I would highly recommend this childcare to anyone who is interested. And thank you teachers for all your hard work!

The owners are very friendly and welcoming each and every day to my child. They've moved them up when they think they need more age appropriate development which makes me feel like they're really observing and communicating with me on what's best for my kid. All the teachers are caring and kind and they teach empathy and emotional/behavioral understanding.
