I am jubilant that I let my child spend a lot of her precious time in Bigstep daycare. The daycare has a welcoming, friendly atmosphere and is known for its nurturing environment; that's why it always has a long waiting list. Despite its established ground rules.The Bigstep's flexible operating hours lets the parents pick up and drop off their child at different times. Bigstep's managers invite you to become part of the daycare's community - let's say daycare's family - by helping with activities, accompanying the children on field trips, parties and celebrations. Bigstep has structured schedules that include plenty of time for physical activity, quiet time, group programs, individual activities, meals, snacks, and free time. TV and video shows have no part in what the kids do all day. Bigstep is provided with a wide range of age-appropriate toys that will encourage kid's development and, as she gets older, stimulate creative and imaginative play. The trained and qualified staff is one of the most important advantages. The teachers are all trained in "High Scope" learning model which is known as a successful interaction system in educational environments. How the staff interacts with my kid is a key factor for me. Generally, job satisfaction has a positive impact on job's performance. Bigstep has is a center with good staff benefits. They can take advantage of the Gym inside the center, vacations and flexible schedules. Consequently, the staff are satisfied with the job and so your kid - as well as yourself - can be rest assured. Bigstep has a food plan. The staff is aware of your child's food allergies, if any. They encourage healthy eating habits and cover all the food groups. Bigstep is clean and sanitary. Floors, walks, walls, and the kitchen area are really clean, although the main dish preparations have been outsourced. The indoor and outdoor play area's in Bigstep follow the basic rules of safety. Toys and play equipment are in good repair. I recommend the BIGSTEP daycare to all.
