Absolutely amazing service! I can't say this enough. Swaddle has delivered on everything they promised. I was matched with a wonderful babysitter, who was background checked, experience and worked well with both my children. This took so much weight of my shoulders, especially after spending weeks trying to find a babysitter who was safe, experienced and knowledgeable. Hands down, i will 💯 will continue to recommend Swaddle to busy moms who are looking for to properly vetted babysitters with experience.

I immediately saw how trustworthy and caring each 'Swaddler' was with my precious infant who was born late preterm at 36 weeks. As an exclusively breastfeeding mother, my main goal was to maximize my rest between sessions, and they truly went above and beyond to make that happen. They would hold my baby for most of the night if he didn't want to be put down and tried every possible soothing technique before waking me for a feed, ensuring I got as much sleep as possible. A special shoutout to Laressa, Prisca, and Sam, who were my go-to repeat bookings. They were all so gentle and professional—I knew my baby was in the best hands. I left 4 stars because only a couple of logistical items would make my experience worthy of a 5 star review. If I could offer some constructive feedback, it would be to extend the booking window beyond 14 days. My favourite Swaddlers were happy to commit to more dates, but I couldn't view their schedules further ahead. I’d also love to see pre-paid packages for consistent users—since I booked 3–4 nights a week for two months, a pricing incentive for long-term needs would be a fantastic addition. Overall, if you’re looking for compassionate, high-quality night care, look no further. I cannot recommend Swaddle enough, especially for their night nursing services.
