It's been a long time since I've been to a Lonestar Cafe, for a while it seemed like it was going a little bit downhill but we went to the Dixon one and....WOW! The fajitas were fantastic and it had been years since I had the chips and salsa and they were still amazing. Our server was fantastic and the beer was cold. I would highly recommend this Lonestar Cafe to anyone!

I stopped by Lone Star Texas Grill in Etobicoke because of its proximity to Pearson Airport, and overall had a solid experience. The T‑bone steak was very good, well cooked, flavorful and satisfying. The service was friendly and attentive, especially considering they were fairly busy. The location is convenient for travelers and easy to reach from the airport. This is a good spot for a meal before a flight or after landing. The ambiance is fun, casual, with Tex‑Mex / Western flair.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Experience at Lone Star! Our group was in Toronto for a work conference — a crew that traveled seven hours south from up north — and Lone Star truly made our night. From the moment we walked in, the service was next level and the food was absolutely delicious. A huge shoutout to Gambler and Phoenix, who were nothing short of incredible. Their energy, kindness, and amazing conversation made us feel right at home, even though we were far from it. They kept the fun going all night and had us laughing nonstop. Between the great vibes, the unforgettable service, and the fantastic meals, we left with full stomachs, big smiles, and memories we’ll be talking about for a long time. If you’re looking for a place where good food meets even better people, Lone Star is it. Highly recommend!

I was very disappointed with my experience here. For a place that calls itself “Texas inspired” and to come and “experience the big and bold tastes of Texas” they must not have actually been there. The rice and beans that come with the food were both hard and not tasty and the quesadilla was sad. (I attached a picture for reference). Also when you finish the tiny cup of salsa they provide they charge for more. No notice of this either. The whole experience was just sad and I will not be returning. At least my waitress was nice.

Food was QUITE tasty, complemented with great service and cozy rustic dining ambience. The avocado salad was on point with a hint of spiciness on the avocado slices that leave you wanting for more. Love the complementary nachos to start. Highly recommend!
