  I recently purchased three items and arranged to have them delivered to the store. After placing the order, I discovered that one of the items was actually out of stock. An online chat agent initially indicated it would be available within about a week, but after the order was processed I was informed the timeline could be closer to a month. After a few emails explaining my situation, Giancarlo stepped in and truly went above and beyond to help me out as I was working against a tight timeline. He located the product at another store across the country and arranged to have it shipped by FedEx, effectively cutting the wait time in half. Throughout the process, communication was quick, clear, and highly professional, which made a potentially frustrating situation very easy to navigate. I always try to support Canadian owned and operated companies whenever possible, and experiences like this reinforce why. Long & McQuade has consistently been knowledgeable, customer focused, and reasonably priced for both rentals and sales of A/V equipment and musical instruments. The store is always busy and I always notice that staff are engaged working with customers on their individual needs or simply ready to answer questions. This particular situation stood out for the exceptional service, and I left the experience feeling genuinely valued as a customer.

  I've been purchasing with this guys since I arrived to Canada in 2011. they have very nice staffs, they do financing so that you can get your dream gear, and they have great music teachers as well. if you can't find the item you are looking for in their store or website, try requesting for a special order. they will go above and beyond and contact the supplier for the item you are looking for. Most of the items in my musicroom is from L&M.
