Ordered a small Mango ice cream with a waffle cone. Considering it is 3x the price of a McDonalds cone, and the signs and posters all over this tiny shop said "Hand Crafted" "Locally Made" "Made in Small Batches", I was disappointed when the ice cream was super bland and mediocre at best.

My favorite place to get an ice cream even during the cold weather. I love that they have a lot of options! I have tried the birthday bonanza and it is not too sweet. The gummy bears that comes in it is so flavorful. Flavor blasts in every bite!! It’s perfect for my liking!

I got a small size of cheesecake with topping that staff recommended! She was nice and icecream was also good.. but alread melted... Anyway, I want to try dipped waffle.. I visited there around 4pm and there's no dipped waffle only I can get that with normal waffle cone

My recent experiences have been incredibly disappointing. However, I used to be a regular customer at this ice cream shop due to their excellent customer service and high-quality products. On my last five visits, I've been told that they don't have milk for milkshakes, which is unexpected for an ice cream shop. Additionally, every time I've tried to use my points card to collect rewards, I've been told that the system is updating and they can't scan it. It's frustrating to have accumulated rewards that I can't even use. It seems like the management is not prioritizing customer satisfaction after gaining a loyal following. Starting a new job with good customer service and quality is commendable, but maintaining those standards as you gain customers is crucial. Unfortunately, this ice cream shop has fallen short in that regard. I hope they can address these issues and regain the trust of their customers.

I always liked Marble Slab and this location showed great service! The employee made sure to break the sweets thoroughly so it’s mixed in nicely. Also, as you can see in the picture, the ice cream did not melt at all. Will definitely be coming back.
