This is the second location of Mr. Puffs I have visited. This location did not disappoint. Walking in, you are welcomed by the aroma of the puffs. The place was clean. The menu board is bright, and the pictures help, so you know what you are getting. I was with a friend and he had not been to Mr. Puffs before he asked for a sample, and the employee made one for him. That was very nice. I was happy he offered to make fresh puffs for our orders. A bonus he added an extra puff to our orders. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Mr. Puffs. It was a perfect ending to a hectic day.

First time visiting this location It should always be freshly made They kept the old ones Before getting the puffs asked if it’s fresh they said yes Although it was cold & told them to remake it Took out another box which was also old This should be fresh every time Took another 30 minutes to make fresh puffs Reason for 3 stars Hopefully they take it more seriously next time

I was disappointed with Mr. Puffs. The puffs tasted heavily deepfried, and the oil they were cooked in seemed old, leaving an unpleasant after taste. The texture was greasy rather than light and fresh. Overall, not an enjoyable experience.

Mr. Puffs never misses. The puffs were fresh, warm, and perfectly crispy on the outside while soft on the inside. Toppings were generous and everything tasted high quality. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, even when it was busy. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving something sweet. Would 100% recommend.

We recently visited Mr. Puffs, and it’s easily become one of my favorite dessert spots! Mr. Puffs is a Canadian dessert bar chain known for their Greek doughnuts, called loukoumades, and they absolutely live up to the hype. We ordered the hazelnut puffs, almond biscotti, their homely caramel puffs, and a salted caramel ice cream — and everything was incredible. The puffs are made fresh to order, so they came out warm, perfectly golden, and crispy on the outside while staying soft and tender on the inside. The hazelnut flavor was rich and indulgent, while the homely caramel had that perfect balance of sweetness and buttery caramel goodness. Pairing them with the salted caramel ice cream was next-level — the warm puffs with the cold, creamy ice cream made every bite irresistible. The service was 10/10 as well — super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re a dessert lover, Mr. Puffs is a must-visit. Freshly made, flavorful, and so satisfying, it’s the perfect spot to treat yourself or share with friends and family. We’ll definitely be going back for more — those puffs are just too good to resist!
