I came on a Tuesday after work and there was a gentlemen with tattoos on one arm that served me. He had the best mood and made me feel like it was such a special occasion to get a poutine. Which for me, it was. I only treat myself to one once in a blue moon. Whoever this person is, please give him a raise because it made ME so happy that HE was happy. Also the poutine was great 👍.

Every time we come here is worthy of a 5 star review. We live in the states, but came here for the first stop of our honeymoon. New York Fries is NEVER a miss when we’re in town. We are always met with such kindness by one of the workers. She seems to always be here and works incredibly hard. I wish I could shout her out by name, but every time we come she usually tells us to not worry about her name haha. She is the highlight of our trips here and we appreciate her so much. She even gave us a free sample. Thank you so much

This New York Fries location in the Eaton Centre is a definite stand out. Not to be confused, but they are a Canadian company! My husband and I have gone here to get our poutine/fries fix, and both the food and the staff have been amazing. I’ve gotten the Truffle Poutine and it was the definition of luscious. Thick, rich truffle cream on top of freshly fried fries, all topped off with parsley. It was heaven and very filling. The staff are also prompt and kind. They also put their drinks in containers that are similar to their poutine containers, in an effort to be more environmentally friendly. Pretty cool! This food spot is great for all of your fry and poutine cravings.
