Chef Laura was amazing! She taught a private class in home for my birthday party and we made the most delicious choux pastries! She gave us so many options for flavoring, walked us through her very detailed recipe, and shared a lot of techniques with us. She helped us correct mistakes while keeping it light hearted and fun. Will definitely be booking more classes with her in the future. Thank you Chef Laura, we had such a great time.

We had THE CHEF LAURA over in our kitchen to teach us how to make Choux Pastries and the experience was not only fun, but very educational. Chef Laura walked us through every step of the baking process, taught us French techniques and the food tasted amazing. You HAVE TO book Chef Laura and the Nourish Happy team for your next team building, birthday, bachelorette party, family gathering BECAUSE she’s so nice, talented and the food tastes SENSATIONAL! She’s local and you get to cook with a chef…! Thank you so much, we’re going to book more private lessons to learn baking and knife skills!

We had an amazing time with Chef Laura🥰 My daughter’s 5th birthday was a success with smaller and bigger kids like my 10 yr old daughter and 14 yr old son😊 Everyone of all ages loved decorating her yummy cupcakes. She had all the sprinkles the kids loves and thought them how to decorate with her all butter icing in different piping styles. She has aprons and chef hats which was fun for the kids and offers full party service such as she brought my daughter beautiful bouquet of frozen theme balloons, happy birthday banner and her yummy beautiful cake frozen theme design. Literally i didn’t have to do anything, she even put a nice table cover for easy cleanup after the party. She’s amazing and her service is second to none as she goes above and beyond to satisfy her cistomers. My son is looking forward to croissant and cooking baking class for his 15th birthday party. She caters everyone of all ages for cooking and baking parties and activities! We all had an amazing time with her and i highly recommend Booking her in your next party for BIG or small😊
