This place is adorable. The owner is lovely. My friend and I had an AMAZING London Fog! I plan to go back more often! The variety of hot drinks is creative! Visit Oliver's and see for yourself.

I was in the neighborhood one morning for a kids’ sports event and searched for a local coffee shop—Oliver came up as the top-rated spot, and it did not disappoint. It’s a lovely little shop with great design and a beautiful Ascaso T1 machine. Oliver himself was behind the counter and was super friendly. I got a latte and a drip coffee—both were excellent. Only cons to note: no bathroom and no soy milk. But knowing that in advance, still a 5 star coffee stop. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area!

(The recent 1 star review is about a completely different place lol, ignore it) This cafe sold me on the neighbourhood. Walking in there is like walking into a magical small town where everyone talks to each other. There's legitimate community there, and it's friendly vibe is infectious. James (the owner + barista) is a lovely person, and always a pleasure to talk to This is the type of cafe that brightens your day when you go in there. The coffee is excellent too! Plus they've got a bunch of delicious coffee-based non-alc cocktails

Incredible espresso - maybe the best in the area. The latte was great, but a bit disappointed that they do not use barista oat milk and instead the regular kind, hence the 4 stars. Regular oat milk doesn’t quite froth up right and is not suitable in coffee drinks.

Find yourself near Pape village?Come on over to the corner of Fulton and Pape, and stop by Oliver Coffee. It’s truly a gem. James, who’s usually behind the counter, brings such genuine warmth and friendliness that every visit feels welcoming. The drinks—whether you’re in the mood for something cozy and warm or crisp and refreshing—are consistently excellent. It’s become our absolute favourite café, and it’s easy to see why. Grab a snack, settle in for a chat, crack open your book, play a game, or relax on the patio when the weather’s kind. Whatever you choose, you’ll feel right at home. You won’t be disappointed!
