My kids have been taking piano lessons here for years and they love it. The teachers are all very well trained and have years of experience. I highly recommend them.

My daughter has been attending this location for a couple of years. All the staff here are wonderful. They are so inviting and make you feel like family. The instructors are positive, encouraging and care about teaching music. The location is very convenient. There is a mall with a food court and stores to go through if you choose to wait for your child, while they're taking their music lesson. If you want to wait in the music office itself, the seating area is spacious and comfortable. My daughter grasped more at this particular location, than any other location for Ontario Conservatory of Music she's attended, which goes to show that the instructors are amazing at teaching music. I always have a good experience here and I encourage anyone thinking of enrolling themselves or their children into music lessons, this is a very healthy, positive, and creative environment. The staff here make learning comfortable and fun!

My three children were taking piano lessons at the Ontario Conservatory, and I appreciated the quality of teaching. The instructors were professional and my kids enjoyed learning there. However, I had a very disappointing experience regarding a piano purchase that was recommended during my children’s consultation by a counselor named Suganyan Sutharaswaran. Based on the recommendation, a credit application was submitted and a loaner piano was delivered the next day, while I was told the actual piano would arrive in about six months. Soon after, I informed the school that I no longer needed the piano as I had obtained one from a relative. I returned the loaner piano and also left a written letter at the Albion branch explaining that I did not wish to proceed. Despite several attempts to contact the school and the counselor, I have received no response. The financing company later informed me that the full payment had already been made to the school and that I am responsible for the balance. This situation has been very upsetting and stressful. Because of this experience and the lack of communication, I have decided to withdraw my children from the conservatory. I hope the school improves its communication and handling of financial matters with parents in the future.
